Step 1: Use the /flarekit update command

Sharing updates during an incident is essential for keeping all team members informed. Use the /flarekit update command to share updates on the incident's status.

Step 2: Select a new status

Select a new status for the incident, including Started, Fixing, Resolved, and Concelled, and provide a summary of the current situation.

Step 3: Click Create

After providing more information on the update, click Create. Once you create the update, Flarekit will post it in both the incident and broadcast channels, ensuring everyone knows the progress and current status.
