New:

  • Responders can now set and modify incident timestamps using the /flarekit timestamps command.

  • When a responder is assigned a task, they will now receive a DM letting them know they have a new task.

  • When an incident is resolved, a message is now posted to the broadcast channel with the option to generate a summary.

Improvements:

  • Messages in the broadcast channel no longer use mentions to reduce the number of notifications for responders.

  • Messages in broadcast channels no longer have actions (buttons) with the exception of the ability to generate a summary when the incident is resolved.

  • When in an incident channel you can now use either /flarekit summary or /flarekit summarize to use the GenAI summary feature.

  • Messages in both the incident channel and broadcast channel have been cleaned up to be more consistent.

  • When an incident is updated or edited the post in the broadcast channel will now also update to reflect those changes.
