Step 1: Go to the incident channel and run /flarekit lead

Assigning a lead is crucial for quick incident resolution. You can assign a lead to an incident by using the /flarekit lead or /flarekit lead [username] command. This command makes the specified user the incident lead, and they will get a direct message letting them know about their new role.

Step 2: Select Assing

After selecting the new incident lead, a notification is also posted in the incident and broadcast channel, so everyone knows who the new lead is. This helps make sure there is clear responsibility and coordination during incident management.

You will not receive a direct message if you assign yourself as the lead
