Step 1: Run /flarekit timestamp command

To modify any timestamps, type /flarekit timestamp in any Slack channel.

Step 2: Choose a timestamp type

In Select a timestamp, you can choose among Occurred, Reported or Resolved.

  • Occurred: This timestamp is set manually and shows when the incident happened. It is never set by the Slack app and can be left blank. The date is required, but the time is optional.

  • Reported: This timestamp is automatically set by the Slack app when the incident is reported. If you need to override it, both date and time are required. The modal will pre-populate with the current set date and time.

  • Resolved: The Slack app automatically sets this timestamp once the incident status is moved to resolved. You can only select this option if the incident status is resolved. The modal will pre-populate with the current set date and time, and both date and time are required if you are overriding it.

Info For any timestamp, you can manually set the date and time.

Step 3: Select Update

After selecting all the necessary information, click on Update. Once the timestamp has been created, you can visualize it in different channels.
